Which division are we hiring for?
This position is available within the company Fruytier Finance & Trading SA located in Marloie.
Your mission:

Encoding of financial transactions
-
Encoding of purchase invoices and preparation of payment lists

Preparation and encoding of sales invoices
-
Submission of periodic closing entries
-
VAT/ INTRACOM declarations
-
Tax returns (preparation)
-
Relations with leasing companies, suppliers, ...
-
Preparation of annual accounts in BNB format
-
Capital assets management
-
Monitoring insurance contract claims
-
Active participation in the improvement of IT processes related to the aforementioned areas
Your profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / management / taxation / business or equivalent

Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Knowledge of an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, etc.) is an asset

Good command of English (software in English), another European language is a plus

What we offer?
- Permanent contract 39 hours a day, Monday to Friday – 08:00-16:30 (30 min break) Monday to Thursday and 08:00-16:00 (1 hour break) Friday
