My day-to-day work is very varied: I work with buyers, forest operators and owners, while ensuring the administrative follow-up of purchases, transport and PEFC/FSC certifications. I also organize internal events for the Doncols team. What I enjoy every day is the diversity of tasks and the working atmosphere.

I manage a sawmill site every day and all the teams who work there. What I particularly value at Fruytier Group is the spirit of a human-scale organization, combined with concrete responsibilities on the ground.

I receive roundwood trucks from the forests and ensure the follow-up of data on the wood and its treatment before it enters the sawmill. What I value most is the support of the teams and having a job adapted to my personal situation.

My role is to support the supply chain teams across the different production sites, by working on process improvement, performance and day-to-day tools. Above all, I try to facilitate change and provide concrete solutions to needs on the ground. What I like at Fruytier Group is working with competent and committed teams, around a noble raw material aligned with the challenges of our time.

My work covers planning, production organization, quality control and safety follow-up. What I particularly value at Structure Wood is the diversity of assignments and the fact that I take part in timber construction projects in several countries. We are also the last link in a long chain that starts in the forest, runs through the sawmills and processing workshops, and takes shape on site in the construction of industrial buildings.

My role is to ensure that IT tools truly meet the needs of the business areas and the field. I lead the Group’s IT projects with a highly operational approach, shaped by a path that took me from production to maintenance, then to site management and the supply chain before IT. In 23 years, I have seen the company grow and evolve, and it is rare to be able to say that you have contributed to so many different stages. What made this journey possible is the trust the Fruytier family placed in me and the freedom they gave me to evolve in my own way.

My day-to-day work consists of managing stocks, organizing order picking and coordinating transport to guarantee on-time deliveries. I also ensure follow-up with the teams on the ground so that they have good working conditions. What I enjoy at Fruytier Group is the human contact – both with the teams on site and with drivers and customers across Europe.

I analyze the wood volumes received at the sawmill and, when a discrepancy appears with the volumes purchased in the forest, I go out into the field to understand the cause. This role takes me all over Belgium and France.

What I value most at Fruytier Group is the autonomy, the diversity and the balance between fieldwork and analysis. Every situation is different and pushes me to look for the why and how, so that nothing is overlooked.
