Which division are we hiring for?
Wood Forest Machinery Construction and Engineering (W.F.M.C.E.) is the unit responsible for maintaining all production equipment and certain mobile equipment, as well as implementing construction and improvement projects across all our sites.
Your mission:

Ensure the availability, reliability and proper operation of the site's equipment and infrastructure

Organise, plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Manage and support the team of technicians in their day-to-day activities

Identify the root causes of breakdowns and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Manage the technical, budgetary and supplier-related aspects of maintenance: cost monitoring, spare parts purchasing, contractors and new equipment

Ensure compliance, safety and quality in all technical interventions
Your profile:

Degree in industrial engineering, electromechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or equivalent

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automation systems (TIA Portal)

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Knowledge of CMMS tools and production processes is an asset
